The area is very central and is full of students who come for a season to study in the city, in addition to having all the essential services such as supermarkets, shops and pharmacies . The closest metro stations to the house are Jaume I (L4) and Plaza Cataluña , one of the main train, metro and FGC stations in Barcelona.

- From 1 to 4 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

- Only for self-employed: Last income tax return.

*** Last tax statement.

CONTRACT
The length of the contract will be up to 11 months regardless of the requested dates on HousingAnywhere. There will be the possibility to renew the contract 2 months before its expiration.
