There are also lots of shops, grocery stores, supermarkets and all that you may need very close in the neighboorhood. The apartment has been newly renovated and painted, and has a new furniture set. The kitchen is equipped with a hot water electric heater, fridge, electric cooking stove, toaster, microwave oven with grill, iron and ironing board, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery. There is also a clothes washing machine in the bathroom. There is WiFi internet in all the apartment.
