We have a baby cot service on request. - Free check-in between 3pm and 8pm Between 8pm and 11pm please coordinate with us, as it has an extra cost that, depending on the time, can be up to 150 EUR per reservation. A free monthly cleaning is included in the total rental price. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50 EUR/month for each bill. If the amount of any bill in a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill in a month is 60 EUR, the tenant must pay 10 EUR when the claim is made. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
