The house is built on one level and has a living dining room with fireplace with an american style fitted kitchen, one bathroom and three bedrooms, all with high beamed ceilings and plenty of character. At the front of the house there´s a large front porch and a built BBQ / summer kitchen. The plot is fenced and it will be the tenants responsibility to maintain it. Pets are allowed (within reason), long term only.
