It is situated 150 metres from the main road, 900 metres from the village of Árchez and 17 kilometres from the coast and very easy to access. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, fridge-freezer, electric induction hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The garden is very low maintenance, the pool measures 8x4 meters and there is a barbecue and outdoor shower.
