It is situated 150 metres from the main road, 900 metres from the village of Árchez and 17 kilometres from the coast and very easy to access. The property offers 120 m2 of living space and consists of a spacious living/dining room with an open fireplace, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath tub) and a covered terrace at the back of the house. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, fridge-freezer, electric induction hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The garden is very low maintenance, the pool measures 8x4 meters and there is a barbecue and outdoor shower. The house is in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of the mountainous surroundings.
