This charming old finca is quietly situated on an old olive plantation with olive and fruit trees. The villa is located near the village of San Juan and 15 minutes drive from Santa Eularia. The house is decorated in typical Spanish style and is divided into 3 parts. The main house with four bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. In a separate part are two bedrooms that share one bathroom, the other part is an apartment and has a double bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen. In the main house there is a living room and a large kitchen with all modern conveniences. Of course there is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by plenty of sun beds and umbrellas and a nice canopy with lounge sofas and a dining table.
