Property
This beautiful historical canarian house at the south of Tenerife - the island of Eternal Spring - was converted into a coliving that’s all about community, sustainability and authenticity.
SHARED SPACES
Before it became this coliving it was a family home. This house has witnessed the passage of time and how this island has evolved to be the wonderful destination it is today, offering you plenty of beautiful shared spaces, all with reused and repaired furniture - sustainability is a must!
Your work hours will be spent in the large coworking room with 14 workspaces and 2 private ones for when you need some privacy. There’s also a conference room that can be reserved for when you need a quiet place to make calls with your clients.
You can also explore the rest of the house and find other places for you to work or relax in. Play ping-pong in the garden, enjoy the amazing view of Roque de Jama on the rooftop, admire the innumerous cacti in the interior patio or prepare your meals in the shared fully equipped kitchen, with local and seasonal products. All this with free coffee and tea at your disposal.
It also has a laundry room, a living room with a 58” smart TV and even a wine cellar!
COMMUNITY & ACTIVITIES
More than just a shared living space, this stay also creates an opportunity to share experiences and create bonds with others in a time where we are all feeling a little disconnected.
The house offers a wide variety of activities like daily yoga, community brunches, lunches and dinners, hikes and functional training so that you have a chance to share experiences, interests, values and create bonds.
Check out the wine cellar where wine tasting workshops will take place. It is also a lovely spot to enjoy some Spanish tapas with a glass of local wine, good company and conversation. The weekend BBQs are also worth checking as they are a way to make everyone feel welcomed and included.
Finally, the weekly talks organised by the owners are a great social event for international networking and you get to do a bunch of group activities (cooking, visiting nearby villages, or even painting!).
VISION
The owners’ core value is to bring people together by building a friendly community. This stay is a fresh concept of home-sharing where you will have the chance to share experiences, interests, values and create bonds with other people with similar mindsets. Flora and fauna
Tenerife is a paradise for nature lovers. Known as the “Island of Eternal Spring” the island guarantees 320 sunny days a year with temperatures between 25 °C and 15°C. Even though it is a small island, because of its special environmental conditions, it’s a home to a great ecological diversity.
FLORA
The abundance of microclimates, thus rich and varied flora (including around 200 plant species which are endemic to the Canary Islands) makes Tenerife a place to be. What Tenerife is also known for is the beautiful El Teide National Park and El Teide itself - dormant volcano which can be seen from nearly everywhere on the island.
FAUNA
The fauna of Tenerife is also highly interesting, with many unique species and endemic invertebrates. It includes some 400 species of fish, 56 birds, 5 reptiles, 2 amphibians, 13 land mammals, and several thousand invertebrates, along with several species of marine turtles, whales, and dolphins. Altogether, the island provides ideal conditions for a close to nature healthy life.

EXPERIENCE THE LOCAL LIFE
In Tenerife, the volcanic scenery is uniquely beautiful and full of contrasts, you’ll find the wildest black volcanic beaches, huge mountains, lunar landscapes and even lush green Laurel forests.
The house is located in Valle San Lorenzo, one of the villages that leads the way to Teide. It is common to see cyclists as well as trail runners and hikers on their way up to the volcano. Tenerife is very popular amongst athletes that want to train their stamina in altitude. Very close to the house you also have the Roque de Jama, a landmark that you can hike and the views up top are certainly a wonderful reward for the effort.
Additionally one of the most famous beaches for kite and windsurf is only a 15 minute drive away and in the opposite direction you’ll get to Las Americas, our very own surfers paradise.
So much to see makes the island the perfect place for outdoor adventures, you’ll find a wide range of activities from water sports to mountaineering and lets not forget the wine culture resulting from the volcanic soil!
DIVE INTO THE DIGITAL NOMAD SCENE
Tenerife is not only a vibrant, sunny and eternal spring island, but it’s also becoming a very popular spot for digital nomads and remote workers. Coworking and coliving places are popping up so you can be sure, if that’s what you look for, you will be able to connect with many fellow digital nomads.
Most of the stay’s usual guests are solo remote workers such as digital nomads, freelancers, entrepreneurs, all with adventurous souls and looking for people to connect and share experiences with. The owners are passionate about building a community where you can connect with likeminded people with shared values. You’ll share a recently refurbished living space with other people with similar mindsets.
