It has great conditions, with renovated furniture completely adapted to your needs, with its own wardrobe and storage space. It is a residential, commercial and leisure area, next to the city center and well connected by buses and the metro. If you are going to study at the Polytechnic School or at the Rector's Office, you can walk in just a few minutes. And if you go to the Viapol Campus and UPO, the option is unbeatable since you will be next to the L1 metro station.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Preferred booking (10 months): September - June. Shorter stays will be valued, with those starting in September and/or ending in June being positively evaluated.
Preferred profile for bookings made between September and June: 18 - 24 years old
Preferred profile for bookings made between July and August: 18 - unlimited.
If you make a reservation in July or August for more than two months, those that last until June of the following year will preferably be accepted.

Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: + 5 percent per month on the rate.
Surcharges for a stay of 1 to 3 months: + 10 percent per month on the rate.
Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
