This three-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated in all its rooms. The new furniture is fully adapted to your needs. Each room will have a 90 cm bed, wardrobe, bedside table, table and study chair (currently being installed). It has a complete bathroom and kitchen utensils. It has individual air conditioning/heating in the living room.
The rooms are spacious and have a modern and youthful touch that will make your stay more pleasant. Apartment in Barriada de Bami, perfectly located for students of the Reina Mercedes Campus, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

It is also a good option for students at the Ramón y Cajal Campus.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Preferred booking (10 months): September - June. Shorter stays will be valued, with those starting in September and/or ending in June being positively evaluated.
Preferred profile for bookings made between September and June: 18 - 24 years old
Preferred profile for bookings made between July and August: 18 - unlimited.
If you make a reservation in July or August for more than two months, those that last until June of the following year will preferably be accepted.

Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: + 5 percent per month on the rate.
Surcharges for a stay of 1 to 3 months: + 10 percent per month on the rate.
Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
