Hello! We have a room with a small bed, closet. You would share with 30 and 40 something men, student and professionals, multilingual, traveled. The apartment has almost everything. Dishwasher, laundry, oven. Internet included in the price. Spacious terrace. 2 bathrooms. No smoking in the house although in the terrace is fine. The utility bills will be split among all. We clean by turns every week. Please be clean and responsible. Cheers!
