We are renting a room in the center of the Born. The house is 120m2 with a 50 m2 terrace and a 17m2 room. The area is wonderful, situated right next to the Born market, 100 m from the Ciutadella Park. The apartment is totally reformed with a spacious living room,a large and fully equipped kitchen and an urban vegetable patch. The house includes fast internet, cable tv, dishwasher, and cleaning service. The roommates get along very well, we are 2 30 year old guys who work all day and maintain a relaxed lifestyle at home. We are looking for an organized girl. All the expenses are included in the price of the room. No surprises.
