The price includes water, internet and electricity. On the floor only live students. It has 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. We have rooms on 3 apartments in the same building. Interior rooms, exterior rooms (balcony) and double room. No deposit will be charged but a booking of a single payment of 50 € is charged.
