The villa has nearly 300 m. divided into two floors, the ground floor living family (couple with two daughters) and the first floor is the apartment we rented the rooms, the apartment house only share with our input, and is independent in the sense which has large bathroom, kitchen, lounge, three bedrooms and two large terraces with magnificent views to the River Duero and Soria center, in a quiet area, behind the Cathedral of St. Peter, a 10 minute walk from the center and 2 bus stop. The rooms are doubles, with fitted wardrobes and large desks, fully equipped with the right common areas, including all expenses, electricity, water, heating, and wi-fi. The same for days, weeks or months to complete.
