Habitación en Granada

The flat has six rooms and it’s situated in the Calle Santa Paula 26, which is right in the city center and five minutes from the Albaicín-quarter. The students sharing the flat are from countries all over the globe. All rooms are already fully equipped and during the winter, we also have electrical radiators. There also is a lift in the house. We have a dining room at everyone’s disposal with a TV set, a couch and a table to eat, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a big bathroom with a tub and toilet, and a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. Of course, we also have WiFi available (20 Mega). We live with the maximum personal free space and at the same time, we recognize the responsibility towards the group in terms of cleaning and the general well-being in the home. To assure a clean and joyful life as a group, it’s not allowed to have pets, to smoke in the common spaces, to have people visiting over too long periods of time, and to make loud noise after midnight. We are only looking for persons who want to stay the hole year (two semmesters). In the months of the summer it is also possible to stay less time (at least one month).
