Habitación en Córdoba

Hey hey! We have an extra room in our 3-bed apartment that we'd like to rent out! It's a decent place next to Republica Argentina in Ciudad Jardin. Five minute walk from a bus terminal serving most of the bus routes in Córdoba and ten minute walk from the city center, Plaza de Tendillas. The apartment is RIGHT above a large Mercadona (supermarket). Has a living room with TV, laundry, fully furnished, internet, small balcony, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, full oven, etc.), and 1 bathroom. Rent is only 150EUR per month, not including utilities (we'll split the bills 3 ways so it'll be about 20EUR each per month). If you, or anyone you know is looking to rent a place, let me know! We're two female English teachers and we just arrived in Córdoba about a week ago. I'm Sam, I'm 22, from Canada and I'll also be studying for my Master's part-time throughout the year. The other roomie's name is Sarah, she's 28, from England. I don't speak any Spanish but I speak some French; Sarah speaks basic Spanish.
