Quietly, Nice and Furnished Single Room, located in Ciutadella-Vila Olimpica, a very pleasant area of Barcelona, near to the Seafront, Ciutadella Park, Arc de Triunf and Born. It's close to the Pompeu Fabra University and Ibei. Very well connected with public transport too metro L1, L4 tram bus. I'm looking for a grown-up, polite, and very clean person, who will stay a part of the day outside the home, and who seeks a room in a discreet and respectful ambient. Age: 27-50. At home: no parties, no noises, and respect for roommate's spaces. BILLS AND FIBER OPTIC INTERNET CONNECTION ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Cleaning of the apartment is included as well. HOUSE RULES: - Leave all the common areas clean. - Clean the hob and the kitchen table after meals. - Wash dishes pots and replace them on their own sites. - Do a separate collection of waste plastic - paper - glass. - Regularly change household garbage bags. - Regularly throw garbage in the containers in the street for each piece of waste paper, plastic, glass, mixed. - Remove the heat when you are not at home. - Don't come home with other people. - Do not make unnecessary noise and respect the hours of rest from 00:00 to 9:00. ROOM CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY: Clean sheets will be provided and changed every month. The guest has at his/her disposal products and equipment to clean the room during his/her stay, autonomously. If desired, the room cleaning service is 40 euros. WASHING MACHINE: 1/week is free. More: 5 euros/each. ONLY use it from 14:00 to 17:30. ONLY use programs marked with an arrow. DRYER: 6 euros/each. ONLY use it from 14:00 to 17:30. Non-compliance with the HOUSE RULES implies the non-refund of the Security Deposit and the interruption of the contractual relationship with the non-refund of the ongoing monthly rent. LATE CHECK IN: From 21:00 to 02:00 there is a fee of 20 euros. Please, do not book the room if your profile does not match our requirements.
