You will have exclusive access to the apartment and private rooftop terrace as well as access to common areas including pools and gardens. You will be provided with a set of keys for the outside gate, building front door, apartment door, and garden/pool area.
If you have a car, there is reserved outdoor parking to ensure you never need to look for a parking spot. There is both indoor and outdoor parking spaces for bicycles.
