Spectacular 4 bedroom apartment located in the Nervión neighborhood. The property is located in a closed residential complex, which has large common areas where you can place yourself in a quiet and relaxed environment. It has a fantastic terrace with which you can spend a few relaxing afternoons.

The furniture in the apartment is fully adapted to your needs, with its own storage space and study tables and chairs in the rooms. It has a complete bathroom and kitchen utensils. It has air conditioning in the living room, as well as ceiling fans in all rooms. It is very close to the Ramón y Cajal Campus of the University of Seville and EUSA. It's also close to the Metro, so you can get to the UPO quickly.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Preferred booking (10 months): September - June. Shorter stays will be valued, with those starting in September and/or ending in June being positively evaluated.
Preferred profile for bookings made between September and June: 18 - 24 years old
Preferred profile for bookings made between July and August: 18 - unlimited.
If you make a reservation in July or August for more than two months, those that last until June of the following year will preferably be accepted.

Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: + 5 percent per month on the rate.
Surcharges for a stay of 1 to 3 months: + 10 percent per month on the rate.
Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
