- Weekly room cleaning: 40 EUR/month
- Extraordinary room cleaning: 25 EUR/ single payment.

This three-bedroom apartment has great conditions, as it is completely renovated. The furniture is fully adapted to your needs, with its own wardrobe and storage space. Among others, it has central air conditioning/heating, washing machine and dryer. It has a complete bathroom and kitchen utensils.

It has a modern touch that will make your stay more pleasant.

A nightstand, desk table and study chair will be installed in all rooms.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Preferred booking (10 months): September - June. Shorter stays will be valued, with those starting in September and/or ending in June being positively evaluated.
Preferred profile for bookings made between September and June: 18 - 24 years old
Preferred profile for bookings made between July and August: 18 - unlimited.
If you make a reservation in July or August for more than two months, those that last until June of the following year will preferably be accepted.

Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: + 5 percent per month on the rate.
Surcharges for a stay of 1 to 3 months: + 10 percent per month on the rate.
Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
