The house is located right in the Plaza de Cuba, in the neighborhood of Los Remedios. The area is very busy, well-known and is equipped with a multitude of shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, etc. The metro station is located at the foot of the house. We have available this fantastic and very spacious 4 bedroom apartment located in the neighborhood of Los Remedios, in the heart of Plaza de Cuba. The house has been completely renovated so that all the furniture has very little use.

It has 3 bathrooms, one of them private inside room No. 2. The house has designer furniture and is taken care of to detail. It has central air conditioning, dishwasher, dryer and other amenities. The furniture is fully adapted to your needs, with good closets, desk tables and study chairs in each room, with kitchenware and a full bathroom

In addition, the apartment is located in a block with exclusive access for owners with a private concierge.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Preferred booking (10 months): September - June. Shorter stays will be valued, with those starting in September and/or ending in June being positively evaluated.
Preferred profile for bookings made between September and June: 18 - 24 years old
Preferred profile for bookings made between July and August: 18 - unlimited.
If you make a reservation in July or August for more than two months, those that last until June of the following year will preferably be accepted.

Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: + 5 percent per month on the rate.
Surcharges for a stay of 1 to 3 months: + 10 percent per month on the rate.
Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
