The apartment is very close to the big Via Laietana and only 15 minutes walking to the beach.District: BornNearest grocery store: 220 meters awayNearest pharmacy: 400 meters away Transportation:We highly recommend to move around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfect!However, if you come with your private vehicle, there are various paid parking close to Jaume 1. Nearest Metro station: Jaume 1, 300 meters awayBarcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16.5 kilometers away, about 30 minutes from the flat. Use the AeroBus for best convenience.Nearest Beach: Barcelona's Beach is located at 1.3 kilometers from the buildingNearest Ferry: Barcelona's Port at 1.2 Kilometers. Comments:- Utility fees are paid separately from the Rental Price. They have a cost of 6€ per day for 2 persons and 2€ extra for any extra person (if allowed).BE AWARE, IF YOU BOOK THROUGH AIRBNB, THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AND ARE TO BE PAID ASIDE. - Check-in is possible after 15h.- There is a late check-in fee of €40 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €60 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid directly to the check-in agent.- Sheets and towels (shower) are provided for the amount of guests indicated in the reservation.
