There are two bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two twin beds of 90 * 190 cm each, and a bathroom with a bath en suite; the second one is on the top floor, and has a double bed of 150 * 190 cm, and a bathroom with shower, and from this bedroom there is access to the magnificent terrace, fully furnished with a table to enjoy alfresco dining, sun loungers, and comfortable sofas.** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.
