- Extraordinary room cleaning: 25 EUR/ single payment.

It is a spacious house recently renovated and fully furnished in the summer of 2023, with five rooms where the furniture is completely new. You will release it! Each room has air conditioning. It has two bathrooms and has a very large terrace of approximately 20 m2 that covers the entire façade of the house

It is equipped with full kitchenware and bathroom. Large five-bedroom apartment very well located for students from the Viapol Campus or UPO Campus, given its proximity to the metro line 1 station, as well as to bus lines. //

Weekend: upon confirmation and cost of 12 EUR

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Preferred booking (10 months): September - June. Shorter stays will be valued, with those starting in September and/or ending in June being positively evaluated.
Preferred profile for bookings made between September and June: 18 - 24 years old
Preferred profile for bookings made between July and August: 18 - unlimited.
If you make a reservation in July or August for more than two months, those that last until June of the following year will preferably be accepted.

Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: + 5 percent per month on the rate.
Surcharges for a stay of 1 to 3 months: + 10 percent per month on the rate.
Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
