The common area of Villa Carmen includes a kitchen, an 18m2 terrace, a living room, a sunny 100m2 patio, and a laundry/tender area. Access to La Concha beach and Buen Pastor Cathedral in 7 minutes. Private room cleaning once a week and private area cleaning twice a week. Optional private parking in the driveway at the back of the property. All expenses included.
