CLEANING: - Monthly room cleaning: 13 EUR/month - Biweekly room cleaning: 22 EUR/month - Weekly room cleaning: 40 EUR/month - Extraordinary room cleaning: 25 EUR/single payment//BOOKING POLICIES: Preferred booking 10 months: September - June. Shorter stays will be evaluated, with a positive evaluation of those that start in September and/or end in June. Preferred profile for bookings made between September and June: 18 - 24 years old. Preferred profile for bookings made between July and August: 18 - no limit. If you make a reservation in July or August for more than two months, those that last until June of the following year will be accepted preferably. This offer has Civil Liability insurance offered by the Administrator. Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: 5 percent per month of the rate. Surcharges for stays of 1 to 3 months: 10 percent per month of the rate. Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
