Winter rental Price per month: 3rd Jan 2027 to 28th Feb 2027: 2,000€ + bills (per month) Price per month: 1st March 2027 to 30th April 2027: 2,200€ + bills (per month) During the winter months, we rent out our beautiful villa with views of Benitachell, Javea, Moraira and a piece of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in a quiet, well-maintained, and well-lit urbanisation in the evening: Residencial Los Molinos II. The distance by car to Javea's promenade and El Arenal beach is 15 minutes from the house. There is a cosy coastline with palms, restaurants, terraces, and a wide beach on a heavenly blue sea. By bike it is no more than 25 minutes. The old and congenial centre of Javea, with its extensive clothes and food market on Thursday mornings, is a 20-minute drive away. Also, a 20-minute drive away are the beaches, promenade, and the town of Moraira, with a great market on Friday mornings in the large car park upon entering, with the tastiest grilled chicken. Denia and its beautiful wide beaches are a 40-minute drive away, and Jalon, with its distinct Saturday morning flea market, is a 30-minute drive away. In short, you are right in the middle of beautiful towns, villages, beach life, urbanisations, and all surrounded by hills and forests. After a full day on the beaches, terraces and/or markets, it is great to chill out on the terrace with beautiful views. From the house there are walking routes over the hills with vineyards (a lovely winery with a terrace and small restaurant at 10 minutes' walking distance), forests and beautiful views culminating in the view of the Montgo mountain (the resting elephant with long trunk), against which Javea with all its neighbourhoods and villas nestles. The villa has three bedrooms and integrated air conditioning. A large double bedroom on the first floor with a private bathroom, wardrobe space, and a large balcony with views. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with a bathroom adjacent to the spacious hall. The living room is bright with large windows, comfortable sofas and dining areas, and the covered terrace with seating, a large dining table and BBQ is adjacent. In and around the house there are all kinds of seating areas where anyone can retreat with a book or their mobile phone. The kitchen contains everything you could possibly need, and we believe you will have a wonderful holiday here.
