We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Tate is a spacious 120 square meter apartment of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in Madrid's trendy Salamanca district. The design is chic and not overcomplicated, playing with light and dark tones and wooden detailing. To the left of the entrance, there is a modern kitchen fully furnished for all one's cooking needs. Across the hall, the living room has an L-shaped couch facing the Smart TV, and a round dining area with a unique lantern-style lamp hanging above. The first bedroom, past the kitchen, has a custom made geometric wooden detailing on the walls behind the queen-size bed. The room comes with ample closet space and a full size mirror. The second bedroom, with queen-sized bed, shares the characteristic geometric pattern, contrasting light wood with a strong teal. Located between the two bedrooms, the first bathroom has a full shower and a bidet. On the other side of the entrance, the ensuite bedroom has a hallway lined with closets and a private work area. One of the most impressive features of the bedroom is the custom wood panelling on the ceiling. The ensuite bathroom comes with double washbasin and a bathtub with shower. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
