Two of the bedrooms are furnished with cozy double beds, while the third bedroom offers a single bed. This apartment also boasts two modern bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for everyone. The heart is its welcoming living room, tastefully decorated with a beach design theme. Here, you'll discover a full entertainment system and snug sitting area. Adjacent to the living room is a dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals. The fully furnished kitchen comes complete with modern appliances and ample countertop space, making it easy to prepare meals at your leisure. For those who need to stay productive, Oltre provides an office space with a dedicated workstation. From this office, you can step out onto a charming terrace that is equipped with outdoor dining and lounging areas, making it an ideal spot for hanging under the Mediterranean sun. To ensure your comfort in any season, Oltre is equipped with split air conditioning in the living and 1 bedroom, allowing you to create the perfect indoor climate.
