No smoking No bicycles or scooters Please make sure the doors are securely closed/locked and you maintain possession of your keys at all times. Lockouts will incur additional charges. Check in is typically at 15:00 and check out at 11:00 but we can try to accommodate your early check-in/late check out requests when possible. The building is home to friendly neighbors so please be respectful and keep quiet hours between 22:00 - 10:00. Please leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Kitchen and bathroom should be cleaned and garbage taken outside to the bins on the street toward the beach.
