EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. This classic Catalan-style flat is located on Enric Granados, a street famous for its vibrant nightlife and restaurants. The flat is a marriage of modern and traditional, with it's colorful floor tiles and domed ceilings. With floor to ceiling windows, the apartment benefits from natural light throughout the entire space. Upon walking into the flat, there is a spacious open plan kitchen fully equipped with state of the art appliances and cooking utensils. Adjacent, there is a large dining table which can be used as a work from home space. There are two balconies for when you want to step out for some fresh air. The living room attached acts like a private alcove with a hanging chair to lounge and read a book. The space is dotted with plants adding a vibrancy to the space. Down the hallway, the guest bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed with large closets. The space can also serve as a private office with its custom built desk. The master bedroom comes with a large queen sized bed, and ample storage space. The room boasts a row of windows across the bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower-head. The bathrooms and bedrooms each come with fresh towels and bed linens, to make your life easier. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV. The plants are live and vibrant, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning for your full convenience. Please, note that this apartment does not allow pets. *Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
