This modern spacious flat is fully refurbished with new furnishings. This 105 square meter flat has a sleek kitchen accented with black vinyl. The kitchen comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and cooking utensils. Past the kitchen, there is a dining area which looks onto the living room. Across from the dining table, find a custom-built office and library, with bookshelves lining the walls. The living room area is fitted with a comfortable L-shaped couch. A small patio adjoined has a hanging chair to relax in. Adjacent to the patio, there is a small outdoor balcony with sunchair. The master bedroom comes with ample storage space and a queen-sized bed with new sheets. The ensuite bathroom adorned with marble comes with full shower. The second bedroom comes with a compact sofa which pulls out to becoming a double bed. The second bedroom comes with shower as well.
