The shallow cleaning of the room, as well as emptying and cleaning the shelves of the refrigerator, pantry, and other spaces used in the common areas, is the responsibility of the Tenant before departure. Failure to comply with this final cleaning will be penalized w/ €50 // Occasional guests are welcome: one guest per month for a maximum of two consecutive nights.
