Main bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a sink and toilet. Another bedroom with a double bed (no air conditioning) and a family bathroom with a bathtub. Finca Rocío is comfortably equipped and offers accommodation for up to 4 people. The outdoor terrace offers wonderful views of the mountains and the village of Corumbela. The barbecue area next to the swimming pool (4 x 2 m) invites you to enjoy fabulous outdoor dining. The road to Finca Rocío is paved; only a few sections are along a dirt track. The first part is steep, but it is possible to drive up with a normal car (not suitable for very low cars). The property is fenced with an electronic gate. Within the grounds there is space for one car. The finca is located on the outskirts of the village of Árchez, about a 5-minute drive away, and just 15 minutes by car to Cómpeta, a popular white village. In Cómpeta you’ll find everything you need for your holidays: several small supermarkets, bakeries, fruit and produce shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, cybercafés, souvenir shops, a medical center, a dentist, tourist information, and much more. Rental price 800€/month, 2 months’ deposit, and the remaining expenses (electricity, water, internet, etc.) are paid separately.
