After a day of exploring, come home to Encina to experience unique design. Encina offers comfort and style within their 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Of the 2 bedrooms, guests will find 2 queen-sized beds. The first bedroom has plenty of storage space, a door that opens to an external French balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is cozy in design with lots of storage space and access to an internal patio, furnished with chairs and a table. The patio also leads to the office space, complete with a dedicated workstation. The detached bathroom is clean and functional in design. The open plan living room and kitchen is a mark above the rest. Light streams into the space from the large doors that open up to a French balcony to allow the air to flow during the warmer months. If it’s too hot outside to open the windows, Encina comes with air conditioning in all rooms for maximum comfort. The living room has plenty of sitting space and a full entertainment system. The unique brick and wooden shelving provides great contrast to the plants scattered throughout the room. The large, rustic wooden dining table comfortably seats four. The kitchen, adorned with wooden cabinets, is complete not only with all appliances, but also utensils. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.
