A relaxing place, ideal for couples to unwind by the pool and admire the view. The house is next to a national park and close to some typical Spanish villages (. Altea, Albir, Calpe and Benidorm), perfectly situated between mountains and sea. The nearby areas offer restaurants, various shops, beaches and access to activities like hiking, rock climbing, fishing, boating and more. The semi-detached house has spacious private outdoor areas including front and back terrace, rooftop solarium lounge with stunning views, outdoor shower and an individual pool only for you, a few steps from the bedroom (the size of the pool is more or less 4.5m x 2,5m). The indoor area includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed ( cm) and cabinets, open kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, living room and a workspace/study with wifi. Private parking on premises is available, alternatively there is free parking on the street. Please note that there are no barbeque/paella facilities. The satelitetv has free to air channels. Private pool , only for you. Guests have access to all places except for the separate lock-up storage. The house is comfortable for 2 guests only, not suitable for pets or children.
