Acogedor y luminoso apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con ascensor en el casco antiguo. Un montón de restaurantes agradables con terrazas soleadas, galerías de arte y tiendas a poca distancia, y justo en el centro de la ciudad. Decorado con buen gusto y atención al detalle, tiene todo lo que necesita si está trabajando a distancia o si viene con su familia para disfrutar de una maravillosa estancia en Valencia. Mi casa está situada en el 3er piso de un edificio histórico, pero muy bien restaurado con un nuevo ascensor. Cuenta con una amplia sala de estar y comedor junto a una cocina de concepto abierto totalmente equipada, dos baños completos y dos dormitorios dobles. La sala de estar es un espacio luminoso con 2 pequeños balcones que dan a la calle. Cuenta con un cómodo sofá y un televisor de pantalla plana. Es el lugar ideal para descansar después de un largo día de turismo. En la cocina americana adyacente, totalmente equipada, encontrará todo lo que pueda necesitar para preparar una comida: menaje de cocina, vajilla, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, vitrocerámica, frigorífico/congelador, exprimidor, cafetera, hervidor de agua y tostadora. En ambos dormitorios hay una cómoda cama king-size ( cm) para garantizar un buen descanso nocturno y dispone también de 2 cuartos de baño con ducha. También se proporciona ropa de cama y toallas limpias y frescas. El apartamento también dispone de aire acondicionado/calefacción por splits, plancha y tabla de planchar. Por favor, pregunte si echa en falta algo y estaré encantada de ayudarle en lo que pueda. > - No groups of friends can be accepted. This apartment is suitable for professionals, families, or couples. - As a rental tenant, you are expected to abide by the house rules and treat the apartment, including all equipment, furniture and appliances with care at all times. - In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24º C in cool mode / 25ºC in heat mode. - No parties or events are allowed. - You are not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of occupants stated in the booking. In case of doing so you will be charged the supplement per night and person showed at the platform - Typically, check-in is after 15:00. However, if you plan to arrive earlier, please advice and we will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request. - Please note that check-in after 20.00 will need to be confirmed in advance and between 20:00 and 23:00, will have a supplement of 20 EUR / between , will have a supplement of 30 EUR, to be paid at check-in time. - The building is home to friendly neighbours, mainly families. In order to secure peaceful living together, I kindly ask you to respect them by keeping the noise volume at a tolerable level within the house. Rest hours are from 23:00 to 9:00. - Undue noise and unsocial behaviour will be penalized and may result in the guests being asked to vacate the property immediately without reimbursement and any kind of compensation, regardless of time of day or night. - Upon your departure the house should be returned in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Kitchen should be cleaned (especially of food debris) and garbage taken out (there are recycling bins near the apartment). In case of breaking his rule, extra cleaning charges may - Please turn off the air conditioner, lights and all other electrical appliance(s) every time you leave the apartment. - It is absolutely prohibited to store bicycles within the apartment or building premises. - Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. - Pets are not allowed. - Damage to furniture and/or facilities will be charged at an amount equating to the value of the damage. - If you need me to go to the apartment because you left the keys inside, cost will be 20€ until 20:00; 30€ after 20:00 and 50€ after 23:00. If you locked yourself out and you left the key inside the lock, you will be asked to pay the fee requested to have a locksmith re-open the apartment. - Please make sure the door is securely closed/locked and that you always maintain possession of the (electronic) key every time you leave the apartment during your stay. - You will be charged 50€ to replace any lost key of the apartment.
