Whilst Pel is a busy thoroughfare during the day, the areas are quiet and just a 10-20 minute walk to the centre of the city and Las Ramblas. There are 2 metro stops, aptly named Pel and Poble Sec, they are on the same line and are a stop or two away from Las Ramblas.
