Please, note that we charge 16.33% per rented month as an agency fee, to be paid only once on or before the check-in date. Internet included in the rental price, all other bills are to be paid separately ( euros per month). For renting, students will need to provide guarantor information (should be their parents), while workers will be required to provide their three most recent payslips and their employment contract.
