Two Bedrooms: Comfortable and quiet sleeping spaces. Bedroom 1 features its own dedicated Air Conditioning to guarantee a cool night's sleep during the hot summer weeks. Living Room: A cozy, bright space to unwind, featuring a third Air Conditioning unit and direct access to the outdoor balcony. Large Sunny Balcony: Your private outdoor oasis! Featuring a large dining table and an adjustable awning, it is the perfect spot for your morning coffee, al fresco dining, or evening drinks. Separate Kitchen: Fully independent and equipped with everything you need to prepare fresh meals from the nearby local markets. The Location You get the absolute best of both worlds. Walk out your door and you are minutes away from the iconic Mercado Central, bustling local tapas bars, plazas, and supermarkets. Best of all, Playa del Postiguet beach is just a scenic 12-to-15 minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy the Mediterranean sea whenever you want without living in the noisy, overcrowded tourist zones. 💡 Important Note on "Authentic Charm" & Electrical Usage To ensure a seamless stay, we practice absolute transparency. The apartment is located in a beautifully renovated traditional building with a historical grid setup. The electrical power is capped at 2 kW. What this means: You can run all three Air Conditioning units simultaneously without any issues! However, you cannot use heavy-load appliances (like the oven, washing machine, or water heater) at the very same time. Managing your appliance use is incredibly easy, and we will provide a simple guide upon check-in. This small quirk is why this massive, central space is priced significantly below standard summer market rates! House Rules & Terms No smoking inside the apartment. No parties or loud noise after 10:00 PM. Perfect for remote workers, couples, or small families. Security deposit required (refundable upon inspection at checkout).
