I live in one and rent the other one consisting of a large bedroom with a double bed connected to a living room/workshop with balcony facing the street. Common areas large bathroom and mini kitchen. Lots of light, lift and three cats. I am looking for an educated and quiet student or professional girl... who likes cats!
