The rest of the apartment is exterior-facing. It is located on the seventh floor of a building with a doorman and elevator, and has a balcony with beautiful views of Madrid. It is situated in one of Madrid's most popular areas, known as Madrid Río, which boasts cultural spaces (Matadero Madrid), sports facilities (bike paths, walking areas, skate parks, gyms, etc.), and shops (Plaza Río shopping center). A popular area with restaurants and tapas bars is about a 5-minute walk away. Surrounded by major transport links (M-30 and M-40), it is 20 minutes from the airport and Atocha train station. There are also several bus lines that take you to the center of Madrid in just over 20 minutes, and a metro station is 10 minutes away. You will share the apartment with a friendly, 27-year-old, who students and works.
