a modern and tastefully decorated, south facing front line apartment that has been completely renovated in a high standard and quality. the spacious property offers two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. the master bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, tv and wall heater with direct access to the balcony with an outdoor dining area for four guests with amazing sea views, port and gibraltar. it has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, wc and double basin. it also offers plenty of storage space in its built-in cupboards. the second bedroom has a king size bed and it is also equipped with air conditioning, tv, wall heater and built-in cupboards. there is a family bathroom in the main hallway with shower, wc and sink. the modern and spacious lounge is very bright and offers comfortable seating for over four guests along with a fibre optic, high speed wifi internet connection and international tv channels including sky. the property has a modern open kitchen with all the appliances you may need for your holiday. parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. two swimming pools are available in the community only available during peak season (please enquire). you can also park nearby for free and the property would suit families, golfers and retirees in particular. this apartment is located in the centre of estepona's sports marina overlooking the sea and within a few minutes' walk to many supermarkets, bars and great restaurants. the apartment is located on the ground floor of the block, however, from the marina side it is on an elevated level which facilitates great marina views. there is the bull ring which you can visit for free during opening times. the bull ring now plays host to various museums and the flea market every sunday morning. there is a larger mainly craft market also on a sunday in the marina itself. there are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. reinaldo's is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. there is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. a pleasurable 20 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look! estepona is a medium sized town located on the mediterranean coast, just below the stunning sierra nevada mountain range. originally, estepona's income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original spanish feel. the sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! just a few minutes' drive from estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of andalusia. imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or casares with its olive groves. head up into the sierra bermeja mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
