a beautiful and spacious beachside apartment with two bright and modern bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (cm), air conditioning and a modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, wc, hand-basin and bidet. the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x190cm) and air conditioning. the spacious and bright lounge area opens onto the fantastic south-east facing balcony with lovely beach and sea views. the lounge is equipped with comfortable seating for six guests, air conditioning and a flat-screen tv with a wide package of national and international channels (including sky tv) and a dining area also for six. there is an extra dining area for six on the balcony, equipped with an awning perfect for shade during your alfresco meals. the modern and large kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances needed for your holiday. a high speed fibre optic internet connection is available throughout the house and community parking is also available inside the premises, a private parking space in the underground garage may be arranged for an extra fee for a small to medium sized car. all in all, this is a perfect apartment for families looking for a relaxing property by the beach and close to all tourist facilities. the apartment development of el coral is one of the most prestigious in the estepona area. built adjacent to playa cristo (one of the loveliest and most popular beaches on the coast), just to the west of the port area, it is ideally sited for access to the town centre and the motorway heading to gibraltar and malaga. you can walk to the port of estepona within 10-12 minutes. the bull ring now plays host to various museums and the flea market every sunday morning. there is a larger mainly craft market also on a sunday in the marina itself. there are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. reinaldo’s is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. there is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. a pleasurable 30 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look. estepona is a medium sized town located on the mediterranean coast, just below the stunning sierra nevada mountain range. originally, estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original spanish feel. the sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner. just a few minutes’ drive from estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of andalusia. imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or casares with its olive groves. head up into the sierra bermeja mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
