The apartment has its own private terrace and open plan living room kitchen looking both ways to the east (the pool) and the west (the private terrace with great views of the Sierra Nevada). There is washing machine, newly fitted kitchen, and dining area both inside and outside. Wifi is included, TV. All utilities (electricity, water etc) to the account of the renter. Pinos del Valle is a large village with several shops, butcher, baker, bar/restaurant and pharmacy all within walking distance of the apartment. The pool is shared with six other apartments/townhouses.
