It has a communal swimming pool and a paddle tennis court. About 50 meters away there is a large supermarket (Spar) and in the area there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. It is about a 10–15 minute walk from Puerto de Tomás Maestre, where there are many restaurants, bars, shops, and a large supermarket (Supercor), next to which there is a local market on Saturday mornings. Also, in this same Tomás Maestre area there is a sports complex with tennis, paddle tennis, and futbito courts, plus very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views. Anyone can buy a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and for attending the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, or Strength Training (Musculación).
