The apartment features a balcony with lovely sea and sunset views, a fully equipped living room/kitchen, two bedrooms (one with sea views), and a renovated bathroom. The rental price includes a parking space. It also has a laundry/storage room on the rooftop. Located on Avenida de los Pescadores, you'll have direct access to the swimming areas and the seafront promenade. Arinaga offers a consistently spring-like climate in winter, top-notch cuisine, and all essential services (supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms) within a 10-minute walk. Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as a national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport, before the visit. They will also be required to sign a visitor log upon entering the property. To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (refundable within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided it is in the same condition as when it was handed over to the tenant and the terms of the rental agreement are met). Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by the Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023.
