Without this form, you won't be able to access the home.Silencio y Descanso:- Parties or annoying noises are prohibited.- Please respect the break from 22:00 to 08:00.Use of Common Areas:No smoking or drinking in shared areas and inside the apartment.Home Care:- Use bath towels only; permanent stains can generate charges (5€/item for unmanned or replacement cost).- No bicycle stations in corridors or in the apartment.Check-Out:- Check out: 10:00 AM- Late check-out (after 12:00 PM): 50% of the booking price (minimum: 40€, maximum: 250€).Optional Amenities:- Crib: 20€/reservation (subject to availability).- High chair for baby: 5€/reservation.- Other amenities such as sofa bed, only if requested before check-in.
