Lovely modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 en-suite shower rooms plus a further family bathroom. This villa has everything you want for a relaxing winter break. The lounge/dining room has a traditional beamed ceiling, UK satellite Freeview TV, wifi, and the lounge leads to the very modern well equipped kitchen. The main bedroom with king size bed has an en-suite shower room. A separate door leads through to 2 further bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite shower room and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Next to this bedroom you will find the separate family bathroom. The property offers a fabulous pellet burner in the living room, and the bedrooms have aircon units which can be put on heating to keep the cold away. The villa is accessed from the terrace via the covered naya for outside dining, which leads down to the 7 x 5 pool and sun lounging area. Parking can be done on the parking space behind an electric gate which is nearly on the same level as the villa, or on the other parking space behind a manual gate in the lower garden (approximately 15–20 steps down).
