The ground floor consists of a garage, a large terrace around the pool, a porch, a living-dining room with a fireplace, 1 toilet with shower, a kitchen, and 1 double bedroom with a 1.35 m bed. The upper floor, with access from an external staircase, is composed of an elongated terrace with access to: a) a double bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm and an en-suite bathroom; and b) an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 beds of 90 cm and the master with 2 beds together of 90 cm), and a toilet with shower. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room, in the separate bedroom with bathroom, and in the master bedroom upstairs. Ceiling fans in the living room and in 3 of the bedrooms. Mosquito nets on all windows. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. In high season, the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with arrival and departure on Saturdays (check-in after 4 pm; check-out before 10 am).
